The online services (the “Service”), including, but not limited to the Website and the App as will be described below are provided by PSCP Holdings Limited d/b/a FreeMyApps (“FMA”), a Delaware corporation with its principal office at Quijano Chambers, P.O. Box 3159, Road Town, Tortola, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS.
We may disclose and use personally identifiable information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, enforce our Terms and Conditions (for example, when necessary to protect our or a third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights), or to alert you to changes in our policies or agreements that may affect your use of the Service. We may also disclose personally identifiable information when we, in our sole discretion, believe it is necessary or appropriate, in connection with a sale or transfer of some or all of our assets in the Website, or when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires us to do so.
We use your data without your separate consent to the fulfillment and execution of our Terms and Conditions. In this context, we will use your data primarily to calculate and to transfer the bonuses you earn in the form of the in-game currency during your use of the Service and to inform you about the participating apps. Any further use will only be carried out on the basis of other statutory obligations or permissions or if you have given us the consent.
Login and use of the App / Facebook or Google+ Login
To use the App, you must register and then log in. In order to register in the App and to benefit from all the features of the App, you must register for the use of the App by setting up a user account and entering the following data:
The registration therefore serves both the provision of the Service as well as the billing of the bonuses (in the form of the in-game currency) which you have earned. As part of the registration process, we collect and store certain personal data from you. This is done by creating a customer account.

Calculation of bonus payments / suggestion of new apps
In order to calculate the bonuses you have earned, as well as to propose other apps which are part of the Service, we automatically collect and process certain data. This includes information on the apps installed on your device. When you register and enter the Service, a list of currently installed apps is sent to us; If you install additional apps on your device after entering the Service, we will then recognize them and will send the name of the newly installed app to us.
On the other hand, we collect data about the use of the apps running on your mobile device in the foreground. This includes information on the duration of the use as well as (to prevent abuses) about the display and movement activity during use. We also collect information about your purchases of services and virtual items within the apps you use (in-app purchases), as well as on in-app events relevant to the calculation of bonuses, such as level increases.

Application Marketing Service
In the Service we provide mobile advertising space on behalf of our Clients which are generally mobile application providers and companies looking to advertise via mobile applications. When you click on a Client ad or application link delivered by the Service, our servers receive and store a mobile identifier ("Mobile ID") which is a pseudonymous number that is associated with your mobile device. We cannot use the Mobile ID to identify you personally, but it does enable us to deliver relevant advertising to each mobile device. In addition to the Mobile ID, we collect information about the kind of mobile device you use (e.g., iPhone, Samsung), the operating system for your mobile device (e.g., Android, Apple O/S), IP address, the applications you download from our Clients, when, how, and how often you use those applications.
We use your device's Mobile ID and other information about Client applications you download to help our Clients understand which ads are most effective at generating downloads of our Client's applications. We also use your Mobile ID and the information associated with your device Mobile ID over time (e.g., the applications you download, when and how you use those applications, and any publisher-provided demographic data) to enhance our services and to select our Client ads that are most likely to be of interest to you.
